One-Night Bookings No refund for cancellation of one-night bookings. One Room Bookings of 2 to 3 nights - There is no penalty for reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made 4 to 14 days prior to arrival, the guest may choose either to forfeit one night's charge (including tax) or to receive a rain check.  No refund or rain check will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. Rain checks for Summer Season/Holiday cancellations are valid for our Fall, Winter, or Spring seasons for Sunday through Thursday only and are not valid for Summer or Holidays.
